The pilot project will allow freight moving southbound to Mexico to clear in Kansas City, seal the shipment on the truck, and enable border crossings to become seamless.

More Illegal Immigration

According to the Oklahoman, illegal immigrants with medical emergencies cost taxpayers almost $10 million in 2005 in Oklahoma, a 154% increase since 2003. 84% of these medical costs are for labor and delivery costs. The staggering burden for American taxpayers is multiplied with the birth of these children who are then American citizens and legally entitled to welfare and other benefits.

The Los Angeles Times reports that over two-thirds of all births in LA County are to illegal Mexicans on MediCal whose births were paid for by taxpayers, and nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal. In LA County, 5.1 million people speak English; 3.9 million speak Spanish. The latest statistics show that less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare.

More Crime

According to FBI estimates, 75% of people on the “Most Wantedrldquo; list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens, as our 29% of inmates in federal prisons. They also report that half of all gang members in LA are most likely illegal aliens.

The cost of Illegal Immigration to the American taxpayer is a net $70 billion a year.
